Terms of service
The terms on which TKJ Global Media Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registration 08272919) provides Dial an Order.
The agreement
These terms govern use of Dial an Order (“the service”), provided by TKJ Global Media Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registration 08272919). It is priced by quote rather than sold on this website; the quote and any written agreement it leads to are part of this agreement.
What the service does
Dial an Order answers a takeaway's phone with an AI assistant, takes an order from the menu the business gives it, arranges collection or delivery, takes payment by a link texted to the caller or leaves it for the door, and sends the order to the kitchen. It is an assistant, not a person, and it says so to callers who ask.
Payments
Where a caller pays online, the payment is taken through Stripe Connect into the business's own Stripe account. The business is the merchant for that sale, not us; we take an application fee from the payment, and never hold the money or see the caller's card details.
Your responsibilities
The business is responsible for the accuracy of its own menu, prices, allergen information and delivery rules — the assistant answers only from what it is given — and for fulfilling the orders it takes, including delivery. Dial an Order is not a delivery service and does not employ or dispatch drivers.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated 27 September 2026.
